North Avoca

"A+ for living in"

North Avoca is a beautiful place, the ocean is close by no matter where you live here. The summers are always several degrees cooler than in other suburbs, it does however get very cold in winter, but you can't have it all. It's quiet, the neighbours are 99% great, (well you always get one don't you) the bird life here is amazing, I feed Magpies, King Parrots and hand feed wild Rainbow Lorikeets, not many places you can do that in. There are schools both primary and high close by, Erina Fair is 7 minutes away, Terrigal Beach with all the eateries is less than 5 minutes away, and the only people who walk around here live around here. Nightlife isn't too far away only a few minutes, but thankfully it's not right in our area, no noise, yay. Public Transport isn't the best there are only about 3 buses a day, you definately need a car. Being coastal it does rain a lot, but that's what keeps it lush and tropical. I've lived in a lot of places around Australia and overseas, and this is definately one of the nicest.
