Mawarra Street
"Fantastic Street with a real good feel"
Mawarra Ave (Street) is a wide street that provides an easy walk between the Harbour and Beach side of Point Cartwright Drive with the Beach at one end. It has a good mix of two storey and single level homes with a very neat and tidy street scape. The perfect street to live in.
Great for
- Central location, surronded by the river and beach
- Beach at one end, Harbour the other
- Close enough to walk to shops, schools, Beach, Harbour and Point Cartwright with the light house.

"Perfect Beachside Precinct"
Buddina is right between the Beach and the Marina with fabulous parks and walkways with miles of perfect beaches with Point Cartwright Parks.
