"The West's best kept secret!"

Cowan...where? Cowandilla is a small and tightly held suburb bordering Mile End. With shops, resturants, schools and public transport surrounding it - this suburb offers everything you need and more!
Gorgeous character homes on large blocks, many still waiting to be renovated and revived.
A charming place to live, wouldn't change it for the world.
Also don't forget the city is 5 minutes one way, he beach 5 the other!

Great for

  • City fringe location
  • Easy access to Henley Beach Roads public transport, shops, cafes & restaurants
  • Surrounded by quality character homes

Not great for

  • Some streets are under the flight path
