This is a great street close to all amenities - A few blocks away from the train station, bus stops at the end of the street (in Bailey St), Primary School around the corner and highschools a 5 min drive or short walk down the highway, large IGA supermarket around the corner (very convienient!), Takeaway food a short walk or quick drive (includes Chinese, KFC, Pizza, Subway, Ice-cream, Bakery, fruit & veg shop), Grovedale Hotel a 5 min walk away for a nice dinner and drinks, Medical facilities and childcare facilities also around the corner on the Torquay hwy, sportsgrounds close by.

This is a quiet street, great for families with kids - kids often riding their bikes around or playing sports on the road - very safe area. Gardens are still being established by some houses but in 2 years should be a beautiful leafy area.
