Buderim

"No longer just for the oldies"

Years ago Buderim had a reputation as a retirement village - this has changed dramatically over the past 25 years. Young professionals and their families seek out the best schools and the best properties. Green and leafy, lots of sporting facilities, horse riding, tennis, fab golf course, 25m swimming pool for lessons at the local college - really a great place to bring up kids. Away from the busy coastal tourists, but just 5-10 mins drive to the beach, depending on which side of the mountain you live on. The green and pleasant land - yep, this is it! Affordable housing from around $350k to a couple of million dollars. There are some really key street addresses that attract premium prices, so it always good to check out where these are and try to locate around them for maximum returns on property.
