Houseman

The unit is a lovely unit, although it's more like a 1 and 1/2 bedroom. The second room is very small so would serve well only as a study or a guest room - or for a flatmate who would be willing to live in a very small room. The backyard is good and open with a great patio. The only let down is the floor is shared with the next unit as it was split from one house to make two units. The result is you can hear (quite clearly) people walking up and down the hallway and vice versa.
