Burleigh Waters

"Hottest property spot on Gold Coast."

If you afford to buy in Burleigh Waters/Miami areas nows the time. It’s easily going to become the most desirable area on the coast. Close to everything, Beautiful beaches 2mins , Trendy cafes 5 mins, the coasts best private schools and shopping all within 10-15mins, safe, and huge potential in renovating existing homes on large sections for serious capital gains. The Covid 19 situation is going to leave Australians/Kiwis with no option but to holiday in their own bubble. Once the intrastate and trans Tasman travels begins the GC will be at the top of the list for many and the lifestyle on the GC would be hard to beat once experienced. Burleigh Waters would be the best area to live on the coast. I have been living here over ten years, and lived in Hope Island, Helensvale, Surfers Paradise, Bundall and Coolangatta. Burleigh Waters is hands down the best pocket to base yourself and family. I would not invest anywhere else. With light rail moving down eventually toward the airport, the Oceanside/Surfers Highway will develop further and with the billion dollar M1 improvements the whole area will only become highly desirable. Property values in area will increase exponentially. Population set to double over next 20 years. There’s no more land. Burleigh Waters, Miami, possibly Mermaid area will become the Toorak of Melbourne, the Vaucluse of Sydney or the Remuera / Orakei of Auckland. People are starting to spend serious money on renovating and it will only increase over next few years. Expect more high end private building and gentrification of the whole area. People who own homes here should hold on and you’ll be looking at a very healthy retirement when time if ever comes to sell up. Demand will far exceed supply of existing housing in the near future.
