I've been living in Greenacre for more than 20 years and never have been broken into or experienced crime! Such a great suburb and the property value keeps increasing. The Suburb is high in demand and is looking to invest in Greenacre.

Belmore is the place to be! So much development going on in Belmore and such a peaceful and safe suburb. I got to say there are lot of beautiful apartments getting built in this area that arent too tall and aesthetically pleasing to look at than the ones in Rhodes/Olympic.

Invested on one of the apartments here knowing there would be a metro line coming through (every 4min trains during peak) and major developments on the main strip. Tbh anywhere on the main strip of Burwood Rd out towards Canterbury Rd is a good investment!

Plus the best coffees here in Belmore at cafe rust bucket!! Ive been a loyal customer and they have never failed (ps. Try their pancakes)!!
