Mandurah
"Nice place to visit"
Mandurah's a nice little area. It's been developing a lot over the years, and it's value has gone up as a result. Bit too far from the city unfortunetely.

Agree, lived there 20 years ago, of course things have changed a lot since then.
Still too far from the city to go there that often, but most things are already there in town.
Beaches are overrated tbh.
Would still live there again, but probably not going to happen.
