Just couple blocks from Sunset Blvd., the public transportation is great (very convenient if you want to go to State University).

There is a chinese super market just around the corner. It's a must visit if you do a lot of asian dishes.

This area is general very quiet. You will hear some kids chatting in the morning because there is an elementary school near by.
