Concord

"Sydney's best kept secret"

Concord would have to be the most rounded suburb in Sydney giving you everything you need. Sure if you are after the night life and parties then this probably wont work. But if your looking for a family environment where you can meet and mingle with like minded professionals then Concords the place. Concord is know for its parks and recreational grounds and has one of the top ten golf courses in NSW.
If your lucky you will live on one of the leafy tree lined streets where you feel like your in the country but also the city. Talking of the city, Concord is only 20 minutes away from central Sydney and in certain streets you are less than 10 minutes walk to the train station.
Of course if eating out is your thing then why not try the famous Majors Bay Road. A fantastic array of restaurants where you can wander and be spoilt for choice.
When you live in Concord you will meet the friendly and interesting neighbours and its very true what they say that most people that live in Concord rarely leave. This is why properties in this elite neighbourhood are rarely for sale. The only negative of Concord is that with more and more people discovering this location the property prices are escalating at a rate of knots and prices are now at the same level as other up market suburbs.
