5 railway stations ..same as CBD. 4 tram roads. 1 bus. All going to multiple destinations. LOTS of bike routes. Or walk to city through East Melbourne,Fitzroy and Treasury gardens..beautiful. Who needs a car?! Great eats. Lovely community. Close to Yarra Bend National Park. Burnley and Botanic gardens. Shopping: 4, yes 4 Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, 2 IGA, lots of speciality grocers. Bars, clothes, art galleries, multiplex cinema, many gyms, Olympic pool etc. Fabulous new High School, 4 primary, Melbourne girls High.

I live in quiet closed street with park, heaps of parking, lots of trees with parrots, bell birds, kookas, etc etc. Too many possums though. Some lovely neighbor's.

Now the negatives. Area border by Victoria, Hoddle, Church and Highett Streets have serious drug issues. With associated robberies, assaults, damage. The injecting room is in the middle. So pity the good residents, of which there are many. The further away from this small area the better.
