White Beach Road

"Laid back and quiet part of the world"

White Beach is on the Tasman Peninsula, near Nubeena and only twelve minutes away from Port Arthur national heritage site.. White Beach in a sheltered position lies at the entrance to the pristine waters of Cripps Creek and is ideal for children. Experienced surfers will find fantastic conditions at Roaring Beach and other beaches near Nubeena. Local attractions include the Tasmanian Devil Park, the Convict Trail, the intriguing rock formations at Eaglehawk Neck, as well as the Port Arthur ruins. White Beach features good boating and fishing, great bush walking, superb surfing nearby, magnificent snorkelling, kayaking, golf, and scuba diving at Eaglehawk Neck. There is a caravan park and many self-contained houses and other places to stay on the beachfront at White Beach. There are fantastic views across Wedge Bay to Storm Bay and beyond. This is truly a place to visit or retire in.
