Desert Springs is a long way away from the hub of Alice Springs, if you don't have your own transport. However, the homes in the area lean toward being grandeurious and executive. Its a long established area of Alice Springs and this is reflected in the eucalyptus lined streets and well established bird-song and nesting sites, which I think add a very authentic natural atmosphere to the area.

Gillen is a popular area of Alice Springs and is about 10 minutes to everything! The homes here are a good mix of older Alice through to beautifully renovated, as well as modern and new; so there really is something here for everyone.
