This has been a rental for us since 2007. Our tenants have loved being in this location as it is close to public transport (buses & train service at Subi Centro). Major Hospitals are close by, Lake Monger is a wonderful parkland & lake for exercise & the Freeway North & South access is so straightforward to new occupants trying to make their way around Perth.
If you don't have mobile transport, walking to shops of all kinds is only 15 minutes away into Subiaco.
You will love this location in a very well run complex.
