"Rapidly developing suburb - hoping to get my second house here"
Friendly community with lot of potential. 2 train stations , lot of public and private school on the construction plans . It’s good for new families who want their foot on the housing market .
Lots of green / wetlands / shopping /hospitals ; only drawback is some roads are under construction but for good .
