We bought here about a year ago and loving it. We are a family of 4, with a preschool and a primary school aged children.
It's very clean, safe and friendly place with a lot of parks, biking and walking trails. Bunnyaville Conservation Park is right next to it. Local primary school is amazing, plenty of activities for kids to do. Local leisure center has a very strong swimming school, Albany Creek Gymnastics Center and South Pine Sports Complex are great and only a short drive away. T
Can't comment on the high school first hand, but a few of our neighbors do send their kids there and from a quick chat - very happy with it.
There are a couple of local shopping centers with cafes and supermarkets. Chermside Westfield is only 10-15 min drive away. Ikea and Costco are 20 min drive with convenient access to the motorway.
Highly recommend it to any families or professional couples who want peaceful and quiet life while being only a short drive away from everything they need
