"Best area to move into"

Once the shopping centre gets build, the land price will go up.

Great for

New area. Everything is looks clean.
Great for families
In between Brisbane and Gold Coast (work either)
Lots of developments happening

Not great for

Public transport not good at all, i know we got the trains st. but no bus!
Needs more childrens facilities based here (dance schools, pool, library etc)
Public Transport could be better
