In the 4 months we have lived in this newly developed townhouse complex called "Bahama" we have unfortunately had to make over 6 calls to the local police to stop domestic disputes in our complex, loud parties at all hours of the night (at least 2 per week) and rude, abusive people who are not considerate if you have a child sleeping. As soon as our lease expires we will be moving as far away from this area as possible. My husband parked our car at the local coles to grab some milk and came back out not even 5 minutes later to discover that someone had decided it was acceptable to jump onto the roof & bonnet of our car - damaging it to the cost of $1000. Stay well away from Eagleby unless you are happy with noise, rude people and damage to your property.
