I've been living on Campbell Drive for quite a long time, and I absolutely love the modern vibe in Capestone. Mango Hill is such a fantastic place to call home. The open spaces and beautiful lakes are perfect for outdoor activities and just unwinding after a busy day.

There are so many parks around, which is great for families and anyone who enjoys being outside. The school catchments here are top-notch, so it's a great place for kids to grow up and get a good education.

Getting around is super easy with two train stations nearby, and having IKEA and Costco close by is super convenient for shopping. Plus, being near the beach is a huge bonus for those who love the coastal lifestyle.

The upcoming Bruce Highway update is going to add so much value to the area, making it even more accessible. And it's a relief to know that there are no flooding issues here.

Mango Hill is calm and safe, which makes it a wonderful place to live. It's also pretty cool that the previous Premier of QLD, Steven Miles, and his lovely family live here, adding to the area's charm.
