I lived there for 12 months. Yes, the weather is pretty good all year round. There are a few nice beaches and interesting historical landmarks, but once you have seen them once, that's them done. The anti social behaviour in the town was bad enough prior to the communities closing down, now its a nightmare. Expensive to live and expensive to travel by any means anywhere else.

Spent 4 months living in the area with an initial view to buy and build a small business there. Forget it! Town is very closed to outsiders and not interested in offering new people the opportunity to grow there. Limited infrastructure and high anti social behaviour incidents. Much better off choosing a smaller town like Mukinbudin.
