Ferny Hills is a very peaceful and safe suburb. Very green with lots of trees and open spaces for kids to play, walk the dog or just getting out and about for a walk or run. Lots of sporting facilities/ clubs for the young and old to enjoy. Houses rest in big blocks of land. Great schools in this area. Ferny Grove intergrated bus and train hub is excellent for public transport to and from the city. There are no traffic issues. Ferny Hills is a suburb that has gone under the radar for a long time. Close to the city yet a beautiful leafy clean suburb makes you feel like you live no where near the city! My prediction is that once Ferny Hills is exposed for the great suburb it is, property prices will boom!
