Tranmere is a great place to live for many reasons. One reason is that it has facilities such as access to separated coastal trails which are great for walking and cycling. It also has access to amenities both through nearby shopping centres Shoreline Plaza and Glebe Hill SC, but also through the new bakery cafe which is opening at the end of Oceana Dr in the months to come.

It has beautiful views, probably the best in Hobart. It has relatively frequent buses to the CBD making cars non-essential - the buses are clean, relatively empty and a great way to get where you need to go.

It is Hobart's best hidden gem (with a steep price tag), but the peninsula is a great place to live with the promise of more to come in years to follow.
