Moulden

"Changing demographic"

I live in Moulden myself have done now for 5 years since moving back to Darwin.

I'm a real estate agent by profession and have seen some dramatic changes in the suburb over this time. We still have a large housing commission base but we are starting to see a shift in this as the Government stats to build more in other areas and sell off to private investors and everyday working families.

It has become an affordable suburb with large blocks of land the average being 830 square metres. It also came an attractive first home buyer suburb when the government announced their renovation bonus for first home buyers.

I live in the probably the worst street in the suburb for alcohol fuelled issues but have seen a dramatic shift in the 5 years living back in Moulden.

If you are looking for long term investment land size has to be a positive especially when your purchasing houses at land Value currently

Who lives here?
