Upper Coomera truly is the place to live for dual city residents, being conveniently located just down the highway from Brisbane but still close enough to enjoy the Gold Coast's renowned lifestyle. Good schools (both public and private) are located conveniently within the suburb as are a large array of shopping and dining options. The exit from the pacific highway can be a bit of a nightmare, particularly on school holidays as traffic banks up to get into Dreamworld, however I'd recommend taking the Pimpama exit and using Old Coach Road to avoid the traffic. A new community centre is currently under construction which will include a council library and pool. There are many medical facilities and doctor's practices throughout the suburb, and more childcare centres than you can poke a stick at! Overall, a great Gold Coast suburb that's hard to fault. I wouldn't live anywhere else!
