"Undervalued and too close to city."
This suburb is very close to the city and for people travelling to the city, this suburb is a dream. It’s very safe to walk and cycle as the streets are filled with smart electric cars / bikes driving at low speed.
The build quality of homes for the price quoted is very reasonable and fortunately many people think it’s a premium suburb.
The suburb also has the Ed.Square shopping centre as plus.
Who lives here?
- Professionals
- Singles
- Families with kids
Over 40 kms south west of cbd and surrounded by suburbs filled with housing commission areas. Too over priced for what you get
You have quite an incorrect understanding of this suburb. This is not a housing commission suburb. Those are completely different suburbs like. In fact Edmondson park is a booming suburb with house prices more than doubling in the last 9 years
Senthil Kumar housing commission none around here LOL. Median house prices are 1.3 million here. Looks like you can't afford to buy here so making false comments. Train station just a 10-15 minute walk, 2 minute drive for most residents, 2 huge multilevelcar parks at station, shopping centre, public and private school, we have it all.
Mr Mitchel : Firstly to let you know I have lived in SW of Sydney for over 3 years and decided never to return back here to live . Secondly its not correct to tell about transport- Edmondson park Trains mostly need changeover at Glenfield and commuters stand in packed trains for over 40 to 45 mins after that .
Sounds like you're a bit on the defensive here. Ive been commuting for over three years and have experienced it firsthandno extra proof needed. During peak hours, it's packed from Glenfield onwards. If you don't agree, that's totally finejust say so.
Mr Senthil Kumar, you seem to sound like one of those snobby idiots from the newly formed suburbs of NW. If you don't live here then you won't understand the convenience we enjoy in getting to work at least 3 days a weeks.

Is this fake.
