This hidden Gem of a suburb is definitely my favourite suburb north of Sydney, unlike terrigal this suburb isn't full of uptight morons yet it's full of friendly surfers. Shelly Beach has experienced a great deal of change over the years going from a suburb full of fibro shacks to now being full of modernised housing.
