"Located near everything"
Stanley St is located close to belmore road and UNSW. Centennial park is also a very close walk from this street. Many great private schools close by Emanuel, St Catherines etc.
Also very easy to access Alison rd and Anzac parade if you want to go to the inner city like paddington and Darlinghurst.
Access to bondi junction and the beaches are very easy to get to thanks to stanley st being located next to Avoca St.
Neighbours are peaceful and streets are well kept.
Overall this street allows you to be close to everything very convenient and plus has great rental value!

"Large shopping centre and well serviced by public transport."
Pros:
- Large shopping centre with significant development planned.
- Strong sense of community and the local council is one of the most active in Sydney.
- Great access to public transport either with trains or by bus.
- Great access to Sydney's road network
- Nice shops and cafes around the train station. Delicious Vietnamese and Lebanese food can be had for very affordable prices around Bankstown.
- House and land value potential for current residents and future investors due to the new Sydney Metro
Cons:
- As with many suburbs in Western Sydney, crime is an issue. However, it is not as bad as people make it to be. 99% of people living here will have no problem.
- Some of parts of Bankstown looks quite worn down particularly near the train station and urban renewal is needed
- Roads can get a bit hectic during peak hour
Great for
- Geographically central
- Close to Rail station and Super market
- Great food/shopping
- Economical to buy into/live
Not great for
- Busy traffic
- Crime, safety and cultural issues
- Sometimes noisy
- Bad people
- Over valued

"Close to everything"
Pros:
Close to the city, beaches, parks and educational institutions it has everything nearby ! The light rail will give people living in the suburb a frequent service into the CBD all the way to Circular Quay
Cons:
As with many others in the Eastern Suburbs, cost of living here is higher than average
