Haddys Close

"Happy at Haddys"

Centrally located to all the 'best bits' of the Sunshine Coast. Short stroll to woolworths, tavern, bakery, video store, great Indian restaurant etc. quiet cul-de-sac with quality homes, well maintained. If convenience is important and a peaceful and quiet street s a pre-requisite, haddys close may be perfect!

Broadwater Ave

"Great riverside living"

Loved my time on the eastern end of broadwater ave (maroochydore CBD end)...great lifestyle, parks, waterways, chambers island. Very friendly neighbourhood, people wave & smile! Close to both the Sunshine Coast motorway and shopping centres, pubs n cafe's. great sunrises & sunsets over the river, walking tracks all the way along and into cotton tree. markets at fishermans rd also provide perfect Sunday morning shopping experience. Personally think this area under-rated and undervalued, expect good property growth in this area.

Mooloolaba

"Holiday Everyday"

Fantastic place to work, visit & holiday. The esplanade is one of the best on the east coast with many great cafe's, restaurants and bars to sit back relax, enjoy the view and watch the world go by. Many great dining & shopping options but at peak season (school holidays) it can get busy so plan ahead & be patient when it comes to parking. Although most people head straight for the esplanade there are some great 'not so busy' spots around the area that should be considered. Pnt Cartwright, the lighthouse and la balsa park are great places to visit for a scenic walk, picnic or BBQ. Parkyn PDF is always popular and the seafood at the wharf is second to none, just try to find a quiet spot to enjoy Mooloolaba Bay (great swimming spot for the kids).
