"Peaceful, a real village with everything you need"
The village has every essential shop you need, from a post office to an ironmonger. Great pubs, bakeries and artisan cafes, a church and an op shop. Yet it’s only 20 mins to the beach and 10 mins into the hinterland. Access to great school nearby. Oh and it has a railway station serving Brisbane. What more could you ask of a village?

"So much choice to hand"
Just minutes from the new Banksia Grove shops, which have a fabulous selection of new shops, including an Aldi. Then there's Carramar shops also within walking distance with the Duke pub.
Drovers farmers market is only minutes away, with an ndependent butcher and grocery store. The botanical gardens, beautiful walks and cycleways around Lake Joondalup. Joondalup shopping mall and railway station are minutes away. And a fantastic choice of schools, including the high ranking St. Stephens school.
To boot, the house prices are reasonable and there's a nice community feel where house owners take great pride. Tapping is also very safe, ranking in the top 10 safest suburbs in Perth.
