"Great Place to live - easy access to City - good neighbours"

Deer Park has a lot of potential factors to become the good place to live.

We had a lot of young couple with kids in the area. They are friendly and good.
We can go to the city via Western Freeway for about 18mins (calculate a few time with Tom Tom navigation) and less traffic. You can live closer to Melbourne but it will take more time to go to the city CBD than Deer Park.
you want to go to the beach ? How does 15mins to Altona beach sound ?
Schools are good and they have a lot of education facilities as well as big play ground.
Shopping are built continuously. They keep develop all the shopping centres / stores which is needed in place.

Great for

Quite place and good neibourghs
Good community group
Potential for growth
Price is good to sell with due to proximity to the city.
