For some excellent food and an atmosphere that gives you a quiet personal feel then the Martha Street cafes and eateries is the place you want to be.
Located in the the at the end of the wetlands and walking tracks making ideal for a bite to eat and then a leisurely walk afterwards.

- Close to the CBD
- Dining out
- Quiet
- Lots of rental options
Not great for
- Busway not here yet
- NIce properties are very expensive!
