We recently bought on Crestview Dr and have been pleasantly surprised as first timers in the North West. It is a quiet family oriented suburb with access to transport and main highways. Since buying here I have been surprised at how resilient prices in Glenwood have remained over the COVID period. It doesn't seem like this part of the North West is seeing much downturn. My reasons for Glenwood is that it is established and most people seem settled. We had the choice to build in the Ponds or Schofield but those areas lacked culture and charm. Glenwood definitely has its own vibe about it.
