It's a jolly good spot, lots of green and clean spaces, child friendly and dog friendly parks. People are friendly albeit they do keep to themselves safe a few nosey ones. I like the fact that it's one of the posh burbs that's just next to a landmark shopping centre. It's so convenient and it does drive the value of property up. I think in the future, more and more people will want to live near shopping centres just because they do not want to drive and find a park. I live several streets away from Chadstone and walk there with family and friends from time to time.
