"Walkable, historical and fantastic lifestyle"
The residential areas surrounding central Geelong are a beautiful place to live. There are multiple parks to enjoy and an easy stroll to the foreshore and cbd restaurants. It feels very safe. Parking is still easy enough but you will need street permits too as any all daybparks are taken by city workers. We love the historical houses and landmarks around us.

"Attractive family oriented suburb"
One of the easiest and attractive suburbs to live in within the Geelong region. There are a few main roads around it but not the same congestion that you'll face in all other directions from town. Its also an easy walk to town and the bay.
The vibe has changed a little during COVID. The streets have more pedestrians than ever. Recent road improvements from the council have improved the pedestrian experience immensely, but there are still improvements required around the Garden st/Ormond Rd shops, which is still a strangely disconnected shopping strip.
The housing stock is beautiful and there are not many un-renovated houses left.
