We have been living in Old Quinn’s for the past 5 years and we absolutely love this place. Wake up every morning with the sounds of birds shirping and crash of waives ...so soothing...heaven!
Houses architectures are so different no house are the same. It makes the landscape so unique, I just love waking around appreciate this!
Neighbours are so friendly and supportive...feels like a small town...we are a part of the community...
There are a few schools private and public, Medical Centre is great, parks, dog beach, ocean with the net for safe swimming, surfing classes, cafes and restaurants.
Quinn’s is more for family life style enjoying day time. No much if you looking for nightlife entertainment. But there are a few pubs around you don’t need to travel too fair some options as Currambine, Joondalup, Hillary, Mullaloo 10 to 20 minutes away.
We never suffered any type of violence or aggression which seems to be a big point of discussion about Quinn’s in regards to community housing. Never bothered us in any aspect we all live in harmony poorer or richer.
