I live in Mirrabooka and absolutely love it. Friendly and polite neighbours, large elevated block of land with a fantastic view, close to the city and all of the amenities that you need + train stations will soon be a very short drive away. I was initially reluctant to move in the area but definitely don't regret it one bit. I could not afford the same lifestyle just a 2mn drive away in Dianella, it doesn't make sense to me but I'm glad I get to enjoy it. Mirrabooka is definitely a hidden gem.
