As a 5th generation local we have loved living in Lyndoch. We have lived away but always come back as a home base. Basic infrastructure but close enough to other towns. Used to be beautiful peace and quiet but that is changing. Copious new housing within town have brought the great northern sprawl and sadly what people are moving here for is starting to erode. Used to be a lovely town to retire in but we will now be looking elsewhere.
Very sad Lyndoch is loosing its charm 🙁
