"Not what it is cracked up to be."
Many people finding it hard to live anywhere within the Fraser Coast Council boundary (in 2014) because of excessive rate increases on an annual basis, petrol costs 20cents litre more than Brisbane, and there is really nothing to do here - it is God's waiting room. The weather is perfect, and that is the sole reason I live here.
Great for
- Will never flood
- Quiet suburb in terms of street traffic
- Close to shopping centre and Aldi
- Great weather
- No insect problems at all where we live
Not great for
- Unfriendliest place I have ever lived
