Having grown up here, and now live in the neighbouring suburb. Vale Park used to be very cheap but has grown in prices tremendously and now becoming quickly one of Adelaide prestigious suburbs. Beautiful streets with trees and gardens well maintained. Beautiful multicultural crowd of neighbours, open parks with linear park running through. Close access to shops on NE road or Marden shopping centre, or Walkerville tce cafes and shops. Highly recommend for families who want to live close to the city without paying the prices of Walkerville, St Peters of other inner city suburbs.

Having lived in the area since 2005. Easily connected via bus to the city. Beautiful local businesses, cafes and Walkerville Tce is undergoing great rejuvenation. The property prices are high but have faced some stagnation in recent times. Great lifestyle with parks, ovals, tennis courts and always friendly people and neighbours about.
