Indooroopilly

"Perfectly Positioned To Rail, Buses And Shops"

Indooroopilly is home of the popular Indooroopilly Shopping Centre (one of Brisbane’s biggest) with over 250 retail outlets and plans to expand are on the horizon. Indooroopilly also has many other strip shopping precincts where you can find almost anything if you know where to look. Indooroopilly has sections of high density apartment complexes and other parts have gracious old homes on large blocks of land. Indooroopilly has lots of public transport options with a large bus terminal at the shopping centre and the Indooroopilly train station. Indooroopilly is a suburb that's rich in history but not outdated. Indooroopilly has lots of parks, schools and is close to the University of Queensland. The Indooroopilly Championship Golf Course is a very popular private course with golf days, weddings and functions. Indooroopilly is a suburb with high liveability and lifestyle about it.

St Lucia

"A "Walk To Everything" Location"

St Lucia is a nice leafy suburb with a good mix of high end properties with river, Golf Course and/or City views and low to mid range houses and units in the middle. The university keeps rents above average for the investors and also keeps vacancy rates low. St Lucia is home to some of Brisbane’s best cafes and restaurants including the very popular 100 acre bar at the St Lucia Golf Links. There are lots of parks and public transport options including City Cat terminals and bus stops. The university of Queensland grounds have some fantastic walking paths, parkland, a manmade lake and top notch facilities. Once you’re hooked on the St Lucia lifestyle you’ll never want to leave!
