"A hidden gem in Sydney's Inner South"

We've absolutely loved living in Kingsgrove. It's one of Sydney's most underrated suburbs. While there is a small industrial/commercial area around the centre, it doesn't affect the residential neighbourhoods at all. The residential streets, especially in the north eastern pocket bordering Earlwood, are incredibly quiet, leafy and family-friendly.
The location is hard to beat. You're close to Earlwood, Hurstville, Campsie and only a short drive or train ride to the CBD and airport. It's easy to get almost anywhere in Sydney, with great public transport and access to the M5.
Kingsgrove has also come a long way over the last few years. There are some fantastic new local businesses and cafés, including Ickle Coffee and Scroll Boi, along with great bakeries, restaurants and everyday amenities. It's nice to see the suburb continuing to grow while still keeping its relaxed community feel.
Overall, Kingsgrove offers a fantastic balance of convenience, quiet living and value. It has a genuine community atmosphere, good schools, plenty of parks and everything you need close by. We couldn't be happier living here.
