"Beautiful, Green, Quiet Leafy Suburb - Suburban Living On The Gold Coast."

As a proud local, Pacific Pines is hands-down my favourite suburban gem on the Gold Coast, striking a perfect balance between convenience and peaceful, leafy 'family friendly' living. Ask most Pacific Pine locals about the area and they will tell you it's all about 'The Community'!

This suburb has everything you need right at your fingertips: the Pacific Pines Tavern, a local fave for a cold drink or hearty meal - plus a handful of cozy cafes, bakeries whipping up fresh pastries, and major supermarkets like Coles and Woolworths for your daily shop. You’ve got doctors, dentists, and a range of takeaway joints (think fish and chips, pizza, Chinese, Sushi, Mexican, Thai and the usual Mcdonalds, Zaraffas, Etc) all within reach, so you rarely need to venture out for essentials.

Close proximity to 'sister suburbs' Oxenford & Helensvale means Bunnings, Westfield, plenty of public transport and all the ammenities you need are extremely close by - including being only a short drive to Costco, Top Golf, Movie World, Wet N Wild, DreamWorld, White Water World, Water Skii, Golf, Go Carting and a 'easy' commute into Surfers Paradise, Southport, Burleigh, and the rest of the GC.

Families love it here too, thanks to top-notch schools like Pacific Pines State School and Helensvale State High School, both known for solid academics and community vibes. The best part? You’re surrounded by green spaces..parks, walking tracks, and tree-lined streets that make it feel like a quiet retreat, yet you’re still just minutes from the M1, keeping the Gold Coast’s beaches, shopping, and buzz within easy reach (about 15–20 minutes to Surfers Paradise).

That said, if you’re chasing nightlife, thumping parties, or the thrill of circling for a parking spot, Pacific Pines…and the northern Gold Coast in general might not be your scene. Head south to Surfers or Broadbeach for that chaos..up here, it’s more about laid-back suburban life. The community skews friendly and low-key, with a mix of young families, retirees, and professionals who value space and serenity over the tourist hustle.

Plus, you’ve got Central Park, a massive sports precinct with ovals, courts, and playgrounds - perfect for weekend picnics or kicking a ball around.
For anyone considering a move or visit, Pacific Pines delivers a self-contained, green escape with all the practicalities sorted, minus the overcrowding.

"Family friendly, green, convenient for tradies & families"

Have lived in the area for 12+ months. Have found it to be fairly safe, friendly and convenient. Lots of IGAs, Woolies, coles, bunnings, office works, workwear stores, pet store and fantastic vets, dentists and doctors close by. Tons of restaurants and fast food, 2 x train stations close by plus lots of bus services all through Pimpama. Lots of parks, sporting facilities including the brand new Pimpama sports hub which is massive. Tons of facilities in Coomera also (share the same post code, basically the same suburb).. we enjoy visiting the golf course, sanctuary cove and hope island all of which are close by.
Great location in the middle of Gold Coast and Brisbane so you can work in either and commute to both easily. Lots of schools, TAFE & roads currently undergoing changes as the improve the area and support the rapid growth Pimpama and the Coomera region are currently experiencing. We are very happy in Pimpama and enjoy the convenience and lifestyle it offers with access to all of The Gold Coast & Brisbane.

Well, as all the estates are aging toward the 10- 15 year mark, crime goes up as there is nowhere for the kids to go and end up causing all the trouble.
