Gumtree Street
"Nice leafy street with hardly any traffic"
I lived in this street for 2 years and found it very safe and quiet. It is a no through rd which made it reduce traffic. It is walking distance to public transport.

"Quiet, nice street with park"
I have lived in this street for 2 years and never had a problem its close the the train station and a park in the street.
