I live in Stratford Chase- The newest little St in a 100 year old suburb Only 13 yrs old. We have underground power and a beaut wide street.None of those one way alleys you get now in new subdivisions. The view to Mt Whitfield on one side and the Barron Gorge on the other make a relaxing vista. If you have kids or dogs we have a massive park well maintained by the council.
Even has a view from the top. We are very handy to Freshwater School. Only 5 km to the airport and 10 km to town.Tucked away against Mt Whitfield there is no airport noise and very little traffic
If you have a historical bent the local Histroical Society have done an amazing job on identifing the places of historical interest in our area. Getting to the city is a breeze compared to living on the south side. We even have a small number of good restaurants nearby. Its only 5 km to the new
Redlynch Shopping centre. Beats going to town. This is the quietest street I have lived in.. Im sure someone switches off the Street at night. A top place to live.Have lived here for 12 yrs.Love it.
