"Safe suburb"

Balcatta is one of the safest suburb in Perth. People living here are mostly family and retirees home owners. There is a very strong neighbourhood watch. Close to all amenities and recreational places.

Great for

Close to stirling and glendalough train station
Near all the biggest shopping centre
Close to trigg beach
Crime is not too bad
Location-its close-ish to perth
