I lived there for about 15 years since I was born and I couldn't fault it. After visiting other areas of the western suburbs I have found that Seaton is actually a brilliant location close to the beach, West Lakes Mall and not far from the city. I have decided that I will be living there when I move from home within the next year. The value of houses is a little more expensive than other areas but you can still find some good buys there.
