"love the hidden gem suburb"

i have lived here for just over a year and every day is a joy to get home.
no plane noise, lovely parks and great friendly neighbours and great sunny outlooks.

Great for

Close to CBD with good public transport options.
Growth potential with lots projects on the card and in progress.
Quite suburbs with lots of parks and bike tracks facilities.
Good access to the city, the west and the south

Not great for

More restaurants and cafes needed
