Honestly, lets get to the real points. I am sharing experience from living in Mawson lakes. Lived at: Baird St, Mawson Lakes 5095

1. The hard rubbish is collected by City of Salisbury. As you know Mawson lakes is litered by shoe box houses and apartment. There is hard rubbish in every corner of street and City of Salisbury not concerned as the budgeting works differently.

2. Street car park are congested. You just pray you get a car park infront of your own house or apartment.

3. Safety: Mawson lakes shares common amenities with Pooraka. Car break in are common in Mawson lakes. Pooraka is infested with drug addicts and low income class people. You are more safe to live in Pooraka with low class people rather in Mawson lakes.

4. Overrated: Honestly Mawson Lakes does not have much to offer. Streets are small, houses are small with no lawn, the streets are like a maze. The majority of area is dominated by students and middles class large families. The culture is weird.

I enjoyed my time at Mawson Lakes. But not going to buy. Sorry pooraka druggos.
