Rosamond cres is a great location for a number of reasons. It's only a walk away from several public and catholic primary schools. There are lots of local shops and a large supermarket within walking distance. Whilst not an overly busy street, it is only around the corner from Doncaster rd and a minute's drive to the eastern freeway.
